- A fix to try, not a switch to a new roaster. When a customer taps that their cup was sour or bitter, the page gives them one adjustment to try. They get a better cup from your beans, instead of deciding the beans were the problem.
- A reorder you can actually count. Each scan can unlock a code for the next bag that redeems at your own checkout, so the repeat sale lands in your store, counted by you.
- The buyers a shelf or cafe hides from you. A bag sold through a grocer, a cafe, or as a gift usually disappears. The scan is your one chance to reach that drinker and bring them in.
- A list that stays yours. The customers who opt in are yours to email and yours to export, anytime, including after you cancel. No one else touches it.
- Set up for you, by one person. I build the bean pages, hand you the printed cards, and run the thing. You never become a software operator, and the reply always comes from me.

I'm Hari Gondela. I live in Windsor, Ontario, and RoasterDesk is a one person company.
A roaster learns almost nothing about a bag after it is sold. The customer brews it wrong, blames the coffee, and never comes back. RoasterDesk closes that gap.
Roasting within an hour of Windsor or Detroit? Email me and I will come to you. Bring your top beans and I will bring printed cards. Either way, the reply comes from me.

Every pilot signs a one page contract. These four clauses are in it word for word.
PILOT AGREEMENT · EXCERPT
- 1.Cancel anytime, with no notice period and no exit fee.
- 2.Cancel, and the bags you already printed keep working. They fall back to a basic recipe page, so a scan is not a dead link and you never reprint.
- 3.Your list is yours. It exports to CSV anytime, including after you cancel.
- 4.No cross promotion, ever. Your customers never see another roaster's name through anything I run, and I never take a commission on your sales.
If the first month convinces you it is not for you, I refund the other two months and you keep the cards and the list.

What it costs
$69 USD$79 CAD a month
A three month pilot, paid up front: $207 USD$237 CAD.
Every pilot includes the printed cards for your bags, a page for each bean built and run for you, and a customer list that stays yours.
If the first month is not convincing, the other two are refunded and you keep the cards and the list.
